・Perishable goods (Matcha & Houjicha) are not refundable.

Once the return is confirmed, we will guide you on how to return the item.  

Please note: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

(In the event of an incorrect shipment from our company, we will take responsibility for the shipping cost).

The refund process will begin once the returned item is received.

【CANCELLATION POLICY】

For any changes, please contact us at green@matcha-oasis.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We are not able to accept cancellations after 2 hours of the purchase.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
