当店の抹茶は石臼でゆっくり挽かれ、1時間あたり約30グラムしか生産されません。市場に出回っている抹茶のほとんどは、需要と供給の一貫性を保つためにブレンドされていますが、Matcha Oasisは、単一の茶葉から作られたシングルオリジン抹茶を提供することに全力を注いでいます。シングルオリジン抹茶を選ぶことで、茶農家の配慮と独自の栽培技術を直接反映した風味をお届けできると考えています。
