- Shipping: Domestic shipping within Dubai: 20 AED below 200AED purchase (subject to change)

Shipping Time: Order before 12pm for next day delivery (Monday to Friday).  Orders received after 12 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the day after tomorrow.

Delivery Method: Delivered to your home

Return Period:  
- Perishable goods (Matcha & Houjicha) are not refundable. 
- Other items: within 10 days of purchase.

Cancellations: For any changes, please contact us hello@matcha-oasis.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We are not able to accept cancellations after 2 hours of the purchase.

In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments from our company, we will cover the shipping and handling costs for either a replacement with a new item or a refund.
